Japan
really has to be seen to be believed. Not only is it a beautiful land
teeming with intriguing historical monuments, magnificent modern cities,
and natural wonders, it's also inhabited by one of the most curious groups of people
living in this crazy world of ours. The Japanese have, since World War
Two, been spending most of their time figuring out just how to make life
go as smoothly and happily as possible. To that end, they have come up
with some incredible inventions, and instituted some fascinating
customs. All I can say is, why don't we immediately import the best
ideas they've had?!
