I know what you're thinking - Sweet potato cupcakes? Yuck, how disgusting! Well, set this thought aside, because you really must try these. I was skeptical myself before trying them, but I'm really glad I did as they're absolutely delicious. If you happen to like pumpkin desserts, candied yams, sweet potatoes, or cupcakes, then you'll definitely love these. A moist, tender sweet potato cupcake is topped with a sprinkling of brown sugar which gives a slight crispiness on top, then it's topped off with deliciously browned gooey marshmallows.

Beautiful Photos of Nature and Bubbles

Katarzyna Załużna is a Polish photographer who has been taking nature photos for the past four years. While she doesn't do so professionally (Katarzyna claims to be an amateur), she spends much of her time observing nature before capturing it in her photos. Some of the photos that she takes are taken at home with the light of the setting sun from her window as her backdrop. But the photos below are no ordinary nature photos. The bubbles in the background are what is referred to as bokeh. It's a difficult objective to achieve, though once mastered, it creates colourful impressions. Take a look:
